This month's top three traders predominantly favored long-only strategies, likely a response to the favorable market conditions. Yet, each trader showcased a distinct approach to the market.
Their strategies varied in the number of positions and symbols traded, as well as in their approaches to position sizing and holding periods.
Analyzing their performance characteristics, as depicted in the previous image, these traders achieved Win Rates ranging from 50-60% and maintained Profit Factors between 1.5 and 2.10.
These elements were crucial in building their profitable portfolios.
3️⃣ Trader Spotlight: Eugene Ng Ah Sio / Brewmaster#
Brewmaster secured an impressive $2.5 mln profit in November.
His trading prowess was reflected in a Win Rate of 62.12%, a Profit Factor of 1.84, and an average Profit-to-Drawdown ratio of 2.03, leading to the most stable equity curve among his peers.
Predominantly executing breakout trades, his average exposure hovered around $2 mln.
Notably, for his most successful trade, which significantly contributed 15.2% to his total PnL, he substantially increased his exposure to approximately $8 million.

User-10db33 was the least active among the top traders, opening "only" 26 positions and focusing exclusively on three cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, and XRP.
Despite ending the month with a profit of $373k, his performance metrics were not as impressive compared to his peers. He spent the first half of the month in a $340k drawdown, only recovering into profitability in the latter half.
Moreover, his total profit was modest relative to his average exposure, which ranged between $5 to $15 million. This outcome can likely be attributed to his strategy of quickly closing both losing and winning positions.
5️⃣ Trader Spotlight: boink-boink#
Although ranking third in terms of profit and loss (PnL), boink_boink delivered the most impressive performance metrics, marked by a consistently ascending equity curve.
Despite having the lowest Win Rate at 50.9%, he excelled with the highest Profit Factor of 2.11 and an average Profit-to-Drawdown ratio of 2.48. Remarkably, he managed 275 positions throughout the month, averaging 9.2 positions per day.
Furthermore, he achieved a notable final profit of $327k, operating with an average exposure of just $100k, showcasing an exceptionally efficient trading strategy.
6️⃣ SOJUBOMB - October’s Stand Out, November’s Follow Up#
In our previous report, we spotlighted SOJUBOMB for his consistently hedged trading strategy and his performance, which featured a steadily growing equity curve with minimal drawdowns.
We committed to keeping an eye on him in November, and we've done just that.
From the image below, it's clear that SOJUBOMB had another remarkable month, securing a profit of $214k, employing the same strategy as the previous month. It's important to highlight that November was a predominantly bullish period, enhancing the significance of SOJUBOMB's achievement.
