How to Get Support on Mirrorly#
Whatever you need help with, we're not hard to find. Here are all the ways to get answers.
Support Center#
The quickest place to start. Find it at portal.mirrorly.xyz/support.
Inside you'll find:
- Popular questions (how to get started, why a trade didn't copy, how sizing works, and more)
- Topics organized by category: becoming a Mirrorly trader, Telegram integration, supported exchanges, trader stats, fees, manual trading, inverse trading
- A search bar at the top. Type your question and get an answer
- Live chat with support, right from the page
Live Chat#
If you want to talk to a human, open the live chat. You'll find the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the portal on any page, or inside the Support Center.
Type your question and someone from the team will get back to you. Real people, not bots.
Knowledge Base#
For longer reads and tutorials, check the Knowledge Base at mirrorly.xyz/knowledge-base.
It's a full library of Mirrorly tutorials, trading education articles, video guides, and blog posts. Everything from "how to connect your exchange" to "what is leverage" is in there.
Discord and Telegram#
If you want to talk to other Mirrorly users or the team publicly, or just hang out and talk trading, join the community.
The team is active in both. Other users often have the fastest answers on setup stuff.
